1985 BMW Euro 745i Turbo     Original owner - "Baby Doc" Duvalier, former dictator  of Haiti

I got the 1949 AutoCycle for Christmas and loved it - that is my sister & cousin showing it off!  Thusly, my addiction for four wheeled vehicles was launched.  The Porsche 914 went to my younger nephew and the Porsche 944 went to my older nephew.  The red BMW came into the family when I inquired about upgrading my silver Z3 with a hot chip and roll bars.  Unfortunately (or fortunately), the BMW dealer had the red one on their lot.  As soon as I turned the key, I was very interested but a two-block drive clinched the deal.  The green Turbo was advertised and I was curious about it; I tried it and had to have it for only $6800!  I also consider it a collector car with very few on the road today.  When I first moved to California from Ohio, I selected ARKTEK as a personalized license plate for the 914; that old blue & yellow plate has moved from car to car, currently on the 745i.  The M Roadster bears ARKTEK2.
